Shalom and Baruch Haba !

(Welcome) to Beit Shofarot Messianic Synagogue, a Messianic Jewish community where  Jews and Non-Jews believe in Yeshua (Jesus) the promised Messiah of Israel.

Our congregation is known for its loving and friendly environment understanding the powerful words from Pirkei Avot (Ethics of the Fathers), chapter one… "The world is sustained by three things - by Torah, by service, and acts of loving-kindness."

We happily welcome you to our website.  Beit Shofarot, which means in Hebrew, House of Shofars (or trumpets), has a passion and commitment to our Jewish Messiah as well as our Jewish heritage combining them both to see a community filled and touched by the presence of Adonai.

You will find at Beit Shofarot, a desire to know the things of G-d and then to put them into practice. In the words found in the 24th chapter of Sh'mot(Exodus), "Na’aseh Venishmah" which means…"let us do and let us understand" in regard to building a place where G-d would dwell, we seek to grow as He leads us. While still yet a young congregation, having only just gone full time in the month of Iyar (April) of 5770 (2010),  we have a great vision towards the work of HaShem!

Please join us on Shabbat mornings at 10:30 AM for our services. Services are open to both Jews and Gentiles whether believers or not. Following services we have an Oneg Shabbat (Sabbath Delight) which is a traditional meal shared by all. An afternoon Midrash (Scripture Study) as well as Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Jewish Roots Classes and Torah Club for kids are offered beginning at 2 PM. We look forward to seeing you at a Shabbat service or an upcoming event. Also, if you have any questions concerning the website or our congregation, please contact us.

In Messiah,

Beit Shofarot
